Carnival Work

For my work in 3D I have to make a costume by getting my inspiration from a carnival and I researched in to three different type of carnival, Holi festival, day of the dead and the Rio carnival. When I started I was going to do all my work on the day of the dead because it looked like it would of been the easiest one to pick but it seemed like everyone else was thinking the same. So then I looked more into the Holi festival the festival of throwing powder pigments so I made a mask out of mod rock then I got powder paint to splatter all over so it looked like a face after it had been taking part in the festival. for the next part of this work i wanted to make something out of wire, so i made some wings. And for this i got my inspiration from the The Rio Carnival. in the Rio Carnival there were a lot of different costumes some were very alberet and they were all very colourful. what i notest was in the rio carnival all the costumes were very cute and pretty. however the floats were all very big and in depth.
